Any full priced item purchased from bokeo.co may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. After this timeframe all purchases become final.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging attached. 

For all return requests please contact support@bokeo.co within 72 hours of receiving your order with a brief reason for your return. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Although we aim to always send out the highest quality of products, sometimes faults can occur. If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately and we will replace the item right away and if that is not possible offer a store credit or refund. Shipping costs will also be returned.
