Bokeo endeavours to despatch in stock items within 24 hours, however we may take up to 3 working days. Please ensure your item is not a 'Pre Order' or 'Pre Sale' garment before contacting us.

Domestic orders - New Zealand
All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of despatch, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please contact hello@bokeo.co and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.

International orders - Rest of the World
All international orders are sent via DHL Express and we expect delivery within 2-10 working days from the time of despatch. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact hello@bokeo.co and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.

RETURNS

Any full priced item purchased from bokeo.co may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. After this timeframe all purchases become final.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging attached. 

For all return requests please contact hello@bokeo.co within 72 hours of receiving your order with a brief reason for your return. All return costs outside of New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Although we aim to always send out the highest quality of products, sometimes faults can occur. If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately and we will replace the item right away and if that is not possible offer a store credit or refund. Shipping costs will also be returned.
